Dr Richard Lee is a registered Dental Surgeon in Sydney, Australia. Dr Richard Lee grew up in Sydney and graduated from the University of Queensland. Richard has gained a wealth of experience by looking after the dental needs of the local community in Tamworth and Newcastle, as well as volunteering his time to help disadvantaged communities in Cambodia and Vietnam. In line with the core values of Pinnacle Dental, Richard believes very strongly in the delivery of pain-free, high quality dental treatment. He has special interests in prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and implants.
Dr Lee holds an Honorary Clinical Educator position with the University of Sydney, and has attained the esteemed Membership to the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. He is an active member of the Australian Dental Association.

Dr Louis Kei is a registered specialist prosthodontist in Sydney, Australia. He completed his Bachelors of Dental Science with honours from the University of Queensland and Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) from the University of Sydney. He is also a Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in both the general dental practice and the specialist prosthodontics stream by examination. Louis currently holds a position at the Westmead Centre for Oral Health as a visiting Prosthodontist and is actively involved in the training of post-graduate students at the University of Sydney. As a highly active member of the dental community, Louis has published in dental journals and is a member of the International Team of Implantologists, Australian Prosthodontic Society, Academy of the Australian and New Zealand Prothodontists, and the Australian Osseointegration Society.

Dr Matthew Kei is a registered Dental Surgeon in Sydney, Australia. Dr Matthew Kei is a gentle and empathetic dentist who is passionate about delivering the highest level of care for his patients. He attained his Bachelor of Dental Science degree from the University of Queensland in 2009, and enjoys all facets of dentistry with particular interest in prosthodontics and orthodontics. Matthew has attained the prestigious Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons after completing the Final Examinations. He has also completed the College's Membership program prior and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics with Progressive Orthodontic Seminars (POS). Aside from dentistry, Matthew enjoys traveling, hiking, running and photography. In his spare time, he takes pleasure in the company of family and friends and enjoys spending time at church.

Dr Sarah Amr is registered Dental Surgeon based in Sydney. She completed her degree at Charles Sturt University in Orange, graduating with a Bachelors of Dental Science. Before embarking on her dental career, Sarah briefly worked in finance, though she always aspired to transition to healthcare to directly assist and support people.
Sarah is passionate about serving underserved communities and is committed to giving back whenever possible. She has a particular interest in integrating research and technology into practice. Sarah strives to alleviate patient anxiety by fostering a comfortable and trusting environment, understanding that visiting the dentist can be an intimidating experience for many. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred care, involving patients in every step of their treatment process.
In her spare time, Sarah loves going on hikes, baking bread and recently trying out indoor rock climbing!

Dr Nancy S. Chen offers high level, dental sedation services, as our visiting Dental Sedationist. Dr Chen has extensive experience in all forms of dental treatment under sedation.
Dr Chen is a Senior Dental Sedationist at Westmead Centre for Oral Health and holds an Honorary Clinical Appointment as a Dental Conscious Sedation Practitioner, Department of Anaesthetics, Westmead Hospital. Dr Chen is a Clinical Senior Lecturer with the School of Dentistry, University of Sydney for the Graduate Diploma of Clinical Dentistry in Conscious Sedation & Pain Control and Doctor of Dental Medicine programmes. She is actively involved in training future dental sedationists. Furthermore, she serves on the Executive Council of the Australian Society of Dental Anaesthesiology (ASDA) and on the Future Leaders group of the International Federation of Dental Anaesthesiology (IFDAS).
Dr Chen is warm and caring with a gentle touch. She is passionate about her work and strives to be at the forefront of the dental sedation field with the ultimate goal of helping you get the dental treatment you deserve in a safe, warm and comfortable environment – at our dental surgery.

Dr Ying Shi Chang is a board registered Specialist Oral Surgeon, having obtained her specialist qualifications from the University of Sydney.
Dr Chang holds the position of Staff Specialist with NSW Health and operates across a number of hospitals in the Sydney Local Health District including the Sydney Dental Hospital. She has had a range of experience, having previously held positions at the Nepean and Westmead Centres for Oral Health, Orange Base Hospital, Dubbo Oral Health Clinic, Royal North Shore Hospital, and Charles Sturt University Clinics. Dr Chang also works in Private Practice at Gosford.
For the past 10 years Dr Chang has been involved in the Oral Surgery teaching programmes at both Charles Sturt University and the University of Sydney. She currently holds the position of Lecturer in Oral Surgery at the University of Sydney (School of Dentistry) and is involved in the education and training of both graduate and post-graduate students.
Dr Chang is passionate about patient-centric care. She believes in and is committed to open communication and collaboration with patients, their carers, and other health practitioners (general dentists, medical doctors and both medical as well as dental specialists) to provide personalised evidence-based care to her patients.
Dr Chang is available at our rooms in Miranda and has operating privileges at St.George Private Hospital.
Ms Aaminah Siddiqi

Aaminah Siddiqi is a registered Oral Health Therapist. Having been born and brought up in Sydney, Aaminah completed her degree in Oral Health from the University of Sydney. Since graduating, Aaminah has worked for various hospitals in Western Sydney Local Health District, including Westmead and Mt Druitt Hospitals. She has been caring for the needs of our patients with a strong emphasis on the prevention of oral disease. She prides herself on delivering a professional service and putting our patients' needs at the forefront.
As an Oral Health Therapist, Aaminah is able to perform examinations, cleans, fillings and all sorts of children’s dentistry. Her additional qualification of adult scope allows her to perform even more treatment on adults! Aaminah’s favourite aspect of dentistry is motivating patients to improve their oral health and seeing their wonderful results.
Aaminah is a strong advocate of pain-free dentistry and creating a comfortable environment for all. Outside of work, Aaminah is an avid follower of Formula 1 and enjoys watching tennis.
Belinda Smith

Bel joined Pinnacle Dental Group in 2012. She believes the best part of her job is to chat to our clinic's patients and helping calm them prior to, and during treatment no matter their age or ability – hand holding is her specialty. She also looks forward to cuddling any babies that come in with their parents! When Bel is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 20 years and their two children.
Bel is deeply dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals with special needs. Her personal experience, as a parent of a child with special needs, has equipped her with profound understanding and a wealth of knowledge in delivering exceptional care. She has actively pursued her commitment by completing courses and additional education, including the attainment of a Certificate IV in disability and mental health first aid. Bel also volunteers as a facilitator of a social group for children on the autism spectrum.

Ash joined Pinnacle Dental in 2008 as a casual job after school. Since then she has completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Wollongong University and achieved a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting and Radiography through Foundation Education. Ash is responsible for keeping Pinnacle Dental group running, assisting our dentists and welcoming patients to the practice.
Ash’s favourite thing about dentistry is seeing people's new and improved smiles after completing treatment at Pinnacle Dental Group. She finds immense joy in observing the increased confidence people gain in their smiles. Ash is an avid traveller, when she is not thinking about work, she is daydreaming about her next overseas destination. On weekends, she enjoys spending time with her partner and dabbling in many hobbies.
Cian is a dedicated dental assistant with many years of experience in the field. She brings a compassionate approach to assisting and has a passion for providing care to those with special needs. Known for her friendly demeanor, Cian creates a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients.
Cian enjoys engaging with patients and colleagues alike and has a particular enthusiasm for chatting with patients, making them feel at ease during their dental visits. Cian is also a dog lover and is always eager to chat about her four furry companions!

In her spare time Eri keeps active, from bushwalking to beekeeping! When she’s not doing this you’ll find her eating her heart out on her many food adventures!
